Changed your mind, or something not right? Here’s exactly how returns and refunds work — no small print games.
30 days to change your mind
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This is more generous than the 14 days required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — your statutory rights stand on top of it.
Condition
Items should come back in a resaleable condition with their accessories and packaging. You’re welcome to unbox and try a product as you would in a shop; if it’s used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
How to return
- Email support@dreame-store.co.uk with your order number.
- We’ll send you a prepaid returns label — return postage is on us.
- Drop it at your chosen carrier point.
Your refund
We refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the item, and always within 14 days. You’ll get an email when it’s done.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives faulty or develops a fault, you’re covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the 3-year warranty. We’ll arrange a free collection and a repair, replacement or refund — your choice within the first 30 days.
Non-returnable
For hygiene reasons, opened consumables such as cleaning solution can only be returned if faulty.
