These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place with Dreame Store Ltd. By placing an order you agree to them.
Ordering
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your order confirmation — that is when the contract is formed. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we cannot verify payment.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery is free within the UK. Payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment processor; we do not store your card details.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders the same working day when ordered before 3pm, with delivery typically in 3–5 working days. Timescales are estimates, not guarantees. See our shipping policy for detail.
Cancelling and returning
You can cancel and return most items within 30 days for a full refund. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected. See our refund policy.
Warranty
Robots and vacuums come with a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing faults. This is in addition to your legal rights.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We are not liable for business losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and disputes fall to its courts.
This is a demonstration storefront built as a portfolio project. Orders are not processed and no payment is taken.
