Who we are

Dreame Store Ltd ("we", "us") is an independent retailer of Dreame home-cleaning products, registered in England & Wales. You can reach us any time at support@dreame-store.co.uk.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to sell to you and support you:

• Order details — the items you buy, your name, delivery address, email and phone number.
• Payment confirmation — we receive a token confirming payment from our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — with your consent, basic analytics about how the site is used, so we can improve it.

How we use it

• To take, fulfil and deliver your order and handle returns.
• To send order and delivery updates, and reply to your questions.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
• With your consent, to understand and improve how the shop works.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.

Who we share it with

Only the partners needed to complete your order — our payment processor (to take payment securely), our delivery carrier (to get your order to you), and our accounting software. Each only receives what they need and is bound to protect it.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your basket and the site working; these are always on. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. You can change your mind any time by clearing cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax and accounting rules. Everything else is kept only as long as it is useful, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
