Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across mainland UK. For the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote areas, delivery may take a little longer.

Cost

Delivery is free on every order — there is nothing to add at checkout.

Timescales

• Dispatch: in-stock orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.
• Delivery: typically 3–5 working days from dispatch.
• You’ll see an estimated delivery date on the product page before you buy.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Missed deliveries

If you’re out, the carrier will leave a card and attempt redelivery or let you rearrange. If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we’ll contact you to resend it.

Problems

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, email support@dreame-store.co.uk and we’ll chase it straight away.
